2015 Viognier - Sugarloaf Vineyard

On the nose one discovers Meyer lemon and green apple with highlights of peach and the sorts of cut grass scents characteristic of wines made from this grape; spring flowers, cider, and honeycomb round out the bouquet. There is a hint of pineapple as well, and all the fruit flavors, together with a hint of honeydew melon and resin, are reaffirmed in the mouth, tart and deliciously balanced.

2016 Viognier-O

Fermented in contact with the skins in the red-wine style, this Viognier has texture and tannin, depth and height that you find in typical white wines. This rarely made ancient style is known as “orange wine”, named for the unusual color it can impart, often ranging from pale pink to bright orange. Floral & lush.

2017 White Mourvedre

Pale gold, the color alludes to the richness of the wine. The nose is filled with fruit: ripe apricot, lemon, strawberry, with hints of marjoram, birch, and peach. In the mouth, the wine is broad, dry, and luscious, with flavors of alpine strawberries and hibiscus, and with a little bit of melon, resin and even a touch of orange oil on the finish. It is well balanced and smooth, with very pure flavor.
