Shipping Info (aka the fine print, but friendlier) 

Where we can’t ship:
Due to state laws (booo), we currently cannot ship to: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, and Virginia. We’re just as bummed as you are.

Weather delays :
Wine doesn’t love extreme temps (and honestly, who does?). If it’s too hot (over 80°F) or too cold (under 30°F), we may hit pause on your shipment to keep it safe. We’ll email you if that happens—no ghosting here.

Sending a gift?
Make sure your lucky recipient is home to sign for it. (Adult signature required = 21+ only)

We typically ship on Fridays. Need it out sooner? Just give us a heads-up and we’ll do our best.

UPS Shipping Update: 

If they miss you on the first delivery attempt, your wine won’t keep riding around on a truck. Instead, it’ll be sent to a nearby UPS Access Point (aka a safe, local pickup spot).

Here’s the deal:

- After 1 missed delivery, your package goes to a UPS Access Point
- It’s held for up to 7 days (free)
- If it’s not picked up, it heads back to us (sad trombone).

What to expect:

If there’s no Access Point nearby, UPS will try delivery up to 3 times like normal.
