2025 Ratio:Blanco

Like a social butterfly at a great party, fresh light fruit and floral characters mingle here in such close quarters that it can be hard to tell which is which and what is what. Apricot, pear, citrus, summertime joy and honeysuckle all whirl in the nose. In the mouth, you may taste lemon zest, Anjou pear, apricot, stone fruit and more, but it’s a fruit salad that’s been marinating for a while, so no one component dominates. Nice acidity gives it a clean finish.
