The very definition of a fun wine, our Ratio Blanco is a quaffable blend of Viognier (55%) and Sauvignon Blanc (44%) with just a touch of Pinot Grigio.

Fresh light fruit and herb characters mingle here in such a close embrace that it can be hard to tell which is which and what is what. Lemon, melon, lychee, fresh herbs and honeysuckle all whirl in the nose. In the mouth, you may taste Opal apple, Anjou pear, peach, jackfruit and more, but it’s a fruit salad that’s been marinating for a while with a hint of cream, so no one component dominates. Nice acidity gives it a clean finish. Medium body, medium-plus acid, complex light fruit and herb flavors.
