2024 Ratio:Blanco
The very definition of a fun wine, our Ratio Blanco is a quaffable blend of Sauvignon Blanc (55%) and Viognier (44%) with just a touch of Pinot Grigio.
Fresh light fruit and floral characters mingle here in such a close embrace that it can be hard to tell which is which and what is what. Apricot, pear, summertime joy and honeysuckle all whirl in the nose. In the mouth, you may taste Opal apple, Anjou pear, stone fruit and more, but it’s a fruit salad that’s been marinating for a while with a dash of elderflower liqueur, so no one component dominates. Nice acidity gives it a clean finish.
Fruity/dry. Medium body, medium-plus acid, complex light fruit and floral notes
